What payment methods are authorized by Maison Tila?
We offer different types of payment such as payment by credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, and payment in installments (3 or 4) with Klarna.

The "Gift card" tab at the bottom of the site lets you create digital gift cards.
You can specify the amount and the recipient's personal details, and add a personalized card.
I'd like to give Maison Tila products as a gift. Is the invoice included in the package?
Don't worry, the invoice is never put in your parcel. If it's a gift, the person will never see the invoice for your order.
Can I add a message to my order?
Of course, when you make your purchase, click on "Is it a gift? We'll then add a personalized card with your personal message to your parcel!
Delivery

Your orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

What should I do if my order is damaged?
